Overview

Inspire Sports Camps is gospel-focused summer sleep-away sports camp experience for young people from inner-city neighborhoods across the Northeast USA. We offer a unique cross-cultural missions experience to young adults looking to serve in a variety of ways. Our summer staff and coaches are the absolute most important aspect of camp!

Each day is action-packed with high-quality sports training in basketball, soccer, dance, and includes activities like hiking, fishing, and high adventure. Each night, we bring in bands, DJ's, and dynamic speakers/ athletes who lay out a different aspect of the Gospel. Our summer staff and coaches build relationships with campers and have amazing opportunities to show and share Christ's love with them.

The goal of ISC is to provide our underserved population of campers with the most exciting and fun-filled week possible, including meaningful opportunities to become the person God has created them to be. Our vision is to see cities transformed one camper at a time!

*All ISC Summer Staff must attend Staff Training A or B prior to serving.*

Summer Staff Information

All meals, lodging, and training. There is NO COST & there are no funds to raise. Inspire Sports Camps Summer Staff is a volunteer missions experience. Summer Staff members are responsible for transportation to and from camp.

Staff Application

The Summer Staff hiring process opens in September and remains open until all positions are filled, prospective staff are encouraged to apply ASAP.

ISC accepts single term applicants, but preference is given to multi-term candidates. Please contact Assistant Camp Director, Liscet Beauchea- liscet@inspiresportscamps.com, if you have any questions regarding the application process.

Staff Training
Attendance at Staff Training is required. It is an amazing time for you to get mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared to serve at camp. Training will include counselor protocols, coaching instruction, and spiritual encouragement from dynamic ministry professionals. Training is a very busy and fun learning experience. Come in with a great attitude and a coachable spirit.

It’s exciting using sports as a platform for spreading the gospel and reaching an audience of kids that might never have read the bible or stepped into a church.
